Pack Your Items
Safely place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
